"Our work with the U.S. Education Delivery Institute has enabled us to turn the broad policy goal of More Graduates for Wisconsin into a set of specific campus and system plans with targeted goals for each institution, metrics for following progress, and strategies for moving the agenda forward.  As a result, we are making good progress on many of our campuses on early indicators leading to closing the achievement gap for underrepresented minority and low income students, as well as increasing numbers of associates and bachelors degrees."
